1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with our Quick Template. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business while accounting for the nature of our credit-based service.

1.1 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase under the following condition:

You have not used any of your purchased credits. If your credit balance remains at 100% of what you purchased, you are eligible for a full refund.

1.2 No Refunds After Credit Use

Once you have generated even a single template (using any credits from your purchase), the sale becomes final and no refunds will be issued. This policy exists because:

  • Each generation consumes API resources and incurs costs on our end
  • Generated templates are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
  • You retain permanent access to all generated templates
  • The value has been delivered once templates are created

Important: Generating a low-quality template (1 credit) or high-quality template (5 credits) makes you ineligible for a refund, even if you have remaining credits. Partial refunds are not available.

2. What Qualifies for a Refund

2.1 Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • Changed Your Mind: You purchased credits but decided not to use the service (within 7 days, 0 credits used)
  • Accidental Purchase: You accidentally purchased the wrong credit package (within 7 days, 0 credits used)
  • Technical Issues: The service is experiencing extended outages preventing you from using purchased credits
  • Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error
  • Service Not as Described: The service fundamentally does not match what was advertised (subject to review)

2.2 Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You have used any credits from your purchase (even 1 credit = no refund)
  • You didn't like the quality of generated templates (quality settings and prompts affect results)
  • Templates didn't meet your expectations (AI generation is variable by nature)
  • You found a competitor with lower prices after purchasing
  • You ran out of credits faster than expected
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscription Policy

For monthly subscription plans with automatic credit resets:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • No refunds if you've used any credits from the current billing period
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next period or get refunded

3.2 First-Time Subscription

If you subscribe for the first time and have not used any credits:

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge
  • This applies only to the first billing cycle
  • Subsequent renewals follow the standard no-refund policy

3.3 Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

You will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
